There are many “end-to-end” digital solutions aimed at digitalization of not only individual enterprises in oil and gas, mining, chemical, mechanical engineering industries, but also at entire value chains. They are already being actively used in industry, but the potential is still huge. Russian Government has launched the “Digital Economy” national program and implements the “Digital Technologies” federal project within this program. The goal is simple – helping enterprises with pilot implementations of digital products and supporting their upscaling. Industry is considered in this context as the main beneficiary. However, it should be noted that the application of breakthrough digital technologies is always accompanied by a lot of risks and uncertainties, therefore it is important to develop and adhere to the strategy.

Cultural, scientific and University educational ties between Russia and China can include interaction with countries located along the “One Belt One Road”, which will significantly diversify cooperation. In 2017 - 2018, the progressive development of humanitarian cooperation between Russia and China based on support at the state level continued. Within the framework of the meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Humanitarian Cooperation, the parties made eight treaties in the field of education, culture, cinema, health, tourism and youth policy. As an example, in 2017, the educational process was launched in the first joint higher education institution of Russia and China, which is Shenzhen MSU-BIT University. Russian and Chinese companies have reached agreements on the exchange and creation of joint cinema production, including the first Russian-Chinese cartoon “Panda and Krosh”.
