Hal ini terjadi karena faktor perilaku higiene sanitasi penjamah makanan yang kurang Artikel Info baik. Kajian ini menyimpulkan: 1) Faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku penjamah makanan pada pedagang kaki lima dibentuk dari 3 faktor yakni faktor- faktor predisposisi (predisposing factors), faktor-faktor pendukung (enabling factors), fakor-faktor pendorong (reinforcing factors).; 2) -
