The San Joaquin Joint Powers Authority Board Members attended this meeting via teleconference or videoconference. 1 Call to Order, Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call Chair Pat Hume called the meeting to order at 9:00 am and led the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance.
