Mr.Yogi Sriram, Senior Vice President – Corporate HR, Larsen & Toubro Ltd. has been elected to the AIMA Council of Management as a Representative of Professional Individual Members in ‘Fellow’ grade for the term 2016-2018. Mr. Sriram has over 39 years of experience in the HRD function, of which 26 are in Leading Human Resources teams in companies of major significance such as Asia Brown Boveri Limited, BP and the Taj Group (Tatas). Mr Sriram was on the board of AIMA Council of Management (Governing Board) representing the Fellow Members. He has been a past President of the Bombay Management Association (BMA) and has been the immediate past President of the Mumbai Chapter of National HRD Network (NHRDN).
