Below please find a list of hospitals which offers direct billing to insurance policy holders serviced by Euro-Center China.

Before accessing the Euro-Center China (H.K.) Co., Ltd. Direct billing network please note the following guidelines:

When visiting the clinic or hospital please show your insurance card to the receptionist prior to the consultation.

After the consultation please complete a claims form (available at the hospital). The claims form is a requirement for receiving cashless treatment. Without a claims form the invoice will be returned to the clinic/hospital who will contact you for direct payment.

Please be aware that some types of treatment or illness might not be covered under your insurance plan. The clinic or hospital does not know the exact conditions of your insurance. Before applying for direct billing at the hospital, please familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of your insurance.

Please settle any co-insurance, excess payment or uncovered items directly to the clinic or hospital before leaving.

The following items might not be covered by your insurance or might need pre-approval from Euro-Center: • Reproductive treatment (birth control, infertility (IVF treatment, abortion) • Preventive medicine (vaccinations, health checks) • Dental treatment • Elective or cosmetic surgery (vision correction, weight reduction, any type of cosmetic treatment) • Cost of OTC (non-prescription medicines), medical devices, etc. • Alternative or experimental treatment (incl. TCM and acupuncture, chiropractic treatment, Osteotherapy, homeopathy, etc.) • Physiotherapy

Items which have been direct billed but which are not covered by the insurance plan must be paid to Euro-Center China as we have already settled with the hospital. Please be aware that the Euro-Center Representative Office cannot receive payments in CNY (RMB). Bank fees for remitting payments to Euro-Center’s owners are the responsibility of the payer.
