Lidrìc cul pòc is obtain from different varietis of chycories, commonly available.
Its peculiarity is given by the productive techniques, without the geforce post picking and by the tipicity of the final product with a small hassok composed by 5-10 green and red leaves with a white base.
It is sold with a part of the taproot (pòc), 3 cm long.
16 ROSA DI GORIZIA
Name: Cichorium intybus Morphology: generally, in the field, it is bloody red, heart rose shaped. Peculiarity: beauty, sweet and delicate taste and fragrance. Tipicity: the morphology selection done by the farmers, the cultural tecniques and the “geforce”.
