WHY BOUTIQUE WINES?
Once upon a time, wine was made on a small-scale, at the village level by extended families, with each person pitching in after the harvest, often producing just enough for their own consumption through the year.
While the world of wine has evolved dramatically from these early days towards a system of mass production and worldwide distribution, there is today a growing interest in the wines of smaller, local producers. These boutique, artisanal wines embody the original spirit of wine making, inspired by personal passion and a state of mind which values a hands-on approach and a desire to stay close to the land and to tradition.

Wine has always been part of everyday life for the Peroni family, which boasts a long lineage of proud winemakers who have passed down their passion and knowledge from one generation to the next, carrying forward an ancient tradition inspired by the land itself while laying the grounds of a legacy for the future.
WHITE WINE
Raggio di Sole Bianco Lazio IGT 2014 1,900 Pale yellow with hints of gold. Fine and intense on the nose with mineral scents, peach and white floral flavors, well balanced and with a good acidity.
Pinot Grigio Lazio IGT 2014 2,300 Pale yellow with hints of gold. Harmonic and complex in the nose with scents of citrus and flowers, well balanced, fresh and with a pleasant acidity.
RED WINE
Raggio di Sole Rosso Lazio IGT 2014 1,900 Deep red, intense, smooth with hints of wild berries, cherry and mature blueberry scents. Elegant on the palate, round and full–bodied
Cenereto Lazio IGT 2015 2,400 Ruby red color. The bouquet is intensely fruity with notes of plum interwoven with light hints of spice. The taste is elegant and balanced, with sweet tannins. The aftertaste is persistent with a hint of cassis.
