Norton Sound Qawiaraq İnyupikçesi « » Qawiaraq Inupiaq of Eastern Norton Sound : Unalakleet (partim), Shaktoolik § The original language of Unalakleet was Unaliq, the northernmost dialect of Central Yupik. Along with Qawiaraq and Unaliq, Malimiut Inupiaq is also spoken in Unalakleet, having moved down from the Kotzebue Sound area possibly two hundred years ago or more (Kaplan 1986). A.2.3.1.
