sykehus). The hospital is also located next to a light rail station on the Ullevål Hageby Line of the Oslo Tramway. It is located on the south- western side of Ullevål University Hospital, at the intersection of Sognsveien and Kirkeveien. Tickets can be purchased via the Ruter app, at ticket booths or in Narvesen shops. On arriving at the hospital, follow the signs from the main entrance (building 4) to building 7 and climb the stairs to the 4th floor. Map of Ullevål hospital Visiting Oslo Oslo is home to many popular tourist attractions to be enjoyed in the Spring season. Sculpture park in the Frogner Park with more than 200 sculptures by Gustav Vigeland (1869–1943) in bronze, granite and cast iron, including The Angry Boy (Sinnataggen in Norwegian) Oslo's Opera House is located right at the harbour, with an angled, white exterior that appears to rise from the water. It invites its visitors to climb its roof and enjoy panoramic views of Oslo and the fjord, all year round. About NORHEART NORHEART – Norwegian PhD School of Heart Research NORHEART is a national education network for collaborative education of PhD students within cardiovascular research in Norway financed by The Research Council of Norway. NORHEART is initiated, organized and run by cardiovascular scientists. NORHEART is organized as a collaborative network with local nuclei in all university regions: Oslo, Tomsø, Trondheim, Bergen NORHEART events are continuously evolving to promote ongoing and future projects. Therefore all events are based on suggestions and initiatives from active scientists. Some of our upcoming events: Workshop Female Heart Workshop 2019 Solstrand Hotel, May 28-29 2019 This workshop focuses on sex – inflammation – cardiovascular disease. Workshop NORHEART Nature Masterclass 2019 – an interactive workshop Sola Strand Hotel, Stavanger, June 11-12 2019 Offers two days of interactive sessions and unique scientific feedback from editors in Nature Journals Symposium CHFR Annual Symposium 2019 Holmenkollen Park Hotel, Oslo, September 18–20, 2019 Invited lectures are given by international and national scientists on the topic of Heart Failure.
