Eleven33 development is a transit oriented, mixed-use project located in the heart of downtown Oak Park. The building, currently under construction, will include 15,226 square feet of ground floor retail/restaurant space situated at the base of a 12-story tower to include 252 luxury residential apartments and 355 parking spaces. The west retail space, situated along Harlem Avenue, will include a gross floor area of 7,191 square feet and can be subdivided. The east retail space will include a gross floor area of 8,035 square feet situated along South Boulevard and directly opposite the Oak Park Transit Center providing ease of access to the CTA Green Line (3,244 daily riders), Metra (905 daily riders) and Pace and CTA buses.
