Mon Proposal is to provide all civil design and engineering services required for the completion for the proposed 4-6 units on the approximately .95-acre site. Overall description of the work to be performed is to provide site plan design, utility discovery and review, code and zoning compliance review, permit preparation for all required submittals for zoning, storm water, City site plan review, County soil erosion, and construction ready site plans from the Owner provided Conceptual site and building plans.
