Gary L. Patsley Gary Patsley had a career in the financial services industry for over three decades. He retired as Chief Financial Officer of Bank of America-Texas and the Southwest. Mr. Patsley previously held similar positions at Bank One Texas and its predecessor companies. Prior to that he was a financial officer with a large national insurance group. After serving five years in the US Army, Mr. Patsley earned his BBA and MBA from the University of North Texas. He then worked at KPMG prior to his career in financial services. Gary has had leadership positions in several charitable organizations namely president of Dallas CASA, finance chair of the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden and as an executive committee member of The Visiting Nurses Association of Texas. He was a founding member, donor and finance chairman of the Metro Dallas Homeless Alliance, a first of its kind public-private partnership to address the urgent needs of the homeless. Gary and his wife have also been active supporters of the Boys and Girls Club of America. He has been married to Pam Patsley for 33 years. They have 3 children and 4 grandchildren. In addition to their residence in Palm Beach, they also have a home in Dallas. Michael B. Picotte Following graduation from The Villanova School of Business and military service, Michael joined his family in the Real Estate business in Albany N.Y. He later completed the Presidents and Owners Management Program of Harvard Graduate School of Business. He has been a director of State Bank of Albany 1982-1989, Fleet Bank 1989-1999 and Fleet Boston Financial 1999-2004. Michael presently serves on the Advisory Board of Wilmington Trust Florida and M&T Bank. He has served on numerous Boards including Villanova University 2003-2013, College of St Rose 1978-1984, Emma Willard School and as President Mercy High School and Board Chairman of St. Peter’s Hospital Albany N.Y. His service and philanthropy have been directed toward youth, education, and health within his community. He and his wife, Margi, reside in Palm Beach, and have three grown children. John Sculley John Sculley is a former CEO of Pepsi-Cola Co during which time Pepsi became the largest selling consumer packaged group product in America. Later he was recruited to Apple by Steve Jobs to become Apple’s CEO, a position he held for 10 years. When Sculley left Apple, revenues had grown over 1000 percent and Apple had become the largest selling PC computer in the world. After leaving Apple, Sculley became an investor in and a mentor to these transformational companies and their entrepreneurial CEOs: MetroPCS, one of the first digital wireless services; Intralinks, the first B2B Internet data services; HotWire.com one of the first online travel services; Misfit Wearables, one of the first sensor tracing companies; Zeta Global, now one of the largest AI personalized marketing platforms; Rally Health, one of the most successful consumer preventive care and wellness services; MDLIVE, one of the first tele- health companies; RxAdvance, the first AI robotic process automation platform designed to revolutionize the pharmacy services industry; Celularity a next generation bio-tech cell therapy and regenerative medicine company that is also an inventor of a COVID-19 patient treatment therapy; and On Demand Pharma, the first US based manufacturer of generic drugs to use innovative pharmacology science to create a US sourced material for safe active pharmaceutical ingredients. Sculley is special advisor to Vcintiy, a hybrid cloud low latency remote working technology company. He is also special advisor to L Catterton Partners, the largest consumer-only private equity fund. Sculley attended Brown University as an undergraduate. He received his MBA at Wharton. Sculley is the recipient of 12 honorary PhD’s including Johns-Hopkins, University of Genoa, London Royal College of Arts. He was awarded the Ellis Island Medal of Honor. He is a frequent CNBC TV guest and a well-known lecturer around the world at major universities and other venues. He is co-founder with the original Sesame Street creative team and WGBH in Boston of ‘Between-the-Lions’ a Not-for-Profit company that created and produced 90 television programs designed to teach children how to read. These television shows have been running on PBS for over 20 years. John Sculley and his wife Diane Sculley, a computer scientist and mathematician, work together as managing partners of Sculley Advisors. Lesly Stockard Smith Named for her father Lester Stockard, a shipping executive — Lesly Smith was raised in New York City and began visiting Palm Beach with her parents when she was a young child. She has been a full-time resident for decades. She is a longtime member of the Garden Club of Palm Beach and served the town as a member of the Architectural Review Commission, then as a Town Council member for seven years and eventually served as mayor of Palm Beach from 2000-2005 . Lesly is an active philanthropist, supporting the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League, Opportunity Inc., Boys & Girls Clubs, Adopt-A-Family, Catholic Charities, the Center for Family Services, Farmworker Children’s Council, the Hanley Center, the Par 3 Foundation, Rosarian Academy, the Preservation Foundation, Seagull Industries, The Society of the Four Arts, St. Ann’s Place, St. Ann’s School, Take Stock in Children, The ARC, The Lord’s Place and many others. Mrs. Smith also serves as president of the Fortin Child Care Foundation and the Fortin Foundation of Florida, which to date have allocated more than $30 million, focusing on causes dedicated to improving lives and building strong communities. Her daughter, Danielle Moore, said her mother’s philanthropy has deep familial roots. “She grew up with a great father who provided a strong moral compass and taught her that much was expected of her, and that it was an obligation to give back to her community,” Moore said. She is a trustee of the Preservation Foundation of Palm Beach, founded by her late husband, Ambassador Earl E.T.
