Thomas Tovar Earns UT Degree AUSTIN, Texas — Thomas Tovar, son of Albert and Trina Tovar of La Feria, has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin. Tovar graduated from La Feria High School in 2007.
