Levy is a graduate of the School of Law at Southern Methodist University, and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar. He is the editor of the GuLF WAR CLAIMS REPORTER (International Law Institute), and has written on international leasing and Bulgarian commercial law development. Mr. Levy is the Kronstein Visiting Research Fellow at the International Law Institute, and has previously worked in the area of commercial and trade law harmonization with the Office of the Assistant Legal Adviser for Private International Law, U.S. Department of State.
