SDC, Figure S1. Expression of housekeeping CD antigens and the mean expression of all CD antigens. The pan-cellular CD antigens CD29 (red) and CD44 (green), and the mean expression of all CD antigens (black) are detected in comparable amount in the majority of samples assayed. Those samples that deviated considerably from the mean (circled in blue) were excluded from further analysis. Overall there is comparable expression in the majority of samples. SDC, Figure S2. Variation in CD antigen cell binding. Cell binding is dependent on average signal intensity. The x-axis represents the median signal across all samples for each antigen and the y-axis represents the standard deviation across all samples. Differentially-expressed CD antigens common across all four classifications (Table 2) are highlighted in blue and CD antigens used as housekeeping genes (Figure S1) are highlighted in red. SDC, Figure S3. Unsupervised hierarchical clustering of differentially expressed CD antigens. A total of 50 CD antigens were differentially expressed with >25% variance from the mean across the groups. Panel A shows the hierarchical clustering (complete linkage analysis of the correlation and complete agglomeration method of determining differential expression). Panel B shows the corresponding outcomes 1 to 4 and the time of collection of the samples. Only samples for which there were both pre- and post-transplant arrays available in all four stages are shown. .
