Holly Watson by Email: Request-754415-703Fd727@Whatdotheyknow.Com Room 405 [email protected] 70 Whitehall www.cabinet office.gov.uk London, SW1A 2AS Holly Watson By email: [email protected] FOI Reference: FOI2021/10684 04/06/2021 Dear Holly Watson I refer to your request where you asked: “Dear Crown Commercial Service, Please could you give me a breakdown of the schools/academy trusts which are subscribed to the CCS framework across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset, Somerset and BANES (Bath and North East Somerset). The link on previous requests (https://www.crowncommercial.gov.uk/agreements) guides me to a list of agreements which I do not believe is up to date. Can I please have the list in an excel format? You later confirmed the following: “To confirm, I would like the CCS commercial agreements for Supply Teachers and Temporary Staff in Educational Establishments for Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Somerset, North Somerset and Banes (Bath, and North East Somerset). Please could this include all educational establishments within the geographical area specified, with a breakdown of how much supply has been used through each establishment via the framework.” I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that some of the information you requested is held by the Cabinet Office, including the Crown Commercial Service (CCS). CCS does not collect customer information to the granular degree requested. Nevertheless, I can confirm the following customers have used the framework (per lot) across the following regions: Avon Master Vendor Hamhan High School Kingsfield School Wyvern Community School Preferred Supplier List Oasis Academy John Williams Somerset Master Vendor Broadoak Academy Herons Moor Primary School Uphill Primary School Preferred Supplier List Broadland Academy Oasis Academy Brightstowe Oasis Academy Brislington Oasis Academy Long Cross Sexeys School St Michaels Academy Stoke Lodge Infant School Gloucestershire Master Vendor Bristol City Learning Centre Cabot Learning Federation Digitech Studio School Hanham Abbots School Hillfields Primary School John Cabot Academy Speedwell Technology College Summerhill Junior School Preferred Supplier List Abbeywood Community School Bowsland Green Primary School Bristol Education Centre Brockworth Primary Academy Castle School The Mangotsfield School Ridge Academy The St Bedes Catholic College If you have any queries about this letter, please contact the FOI Team quoting the reference number above.
