BODEGAS PONCE BODEGAS PONCE P.F. Manchuela, a lesser-known Spanish wine region that is inland from Valencia, specializes in the Bobal grape variety, which is known for its thick skins and rusticity. And while there are very few defenders of this region and even fewer winemakers that are dedicated to this varietal, Juan Antonio Ponce stands alone as the leader of Manchuela and as the master of the Bobal grape. He works biodynamically in the vineyard, and in the Alcohol: 14.5% winery he takes a natural approach, using low levels of sulfur Fined: none dioxide. Following the installation of certain software, the point of sale systems were experiencing poor response time and slow scan recognition issues, and the use of memory sticks has proven to be effective in addressing such issues. The total cost of the memory sticks is $44,506.00. The Board unanimously agreed (3-0) to approve this recommendation. -
