It has more proven natural gas reserves than any other country, is among the top ten in proven oil reserves, is the largest exporter of natural gas, the second largest oil exporter, and the third largest energy consumer. Energy exports have been a major driver of Russia’s economic growth over the last five years, as Russian oil production has risen strongly and world oil prices have been very high. This type of growth has made the Russian economy dependent on oil and natural gas exports and vulnerable to fluctuations in oil prices. The Russian government has moved to take control of the country’s energy supplies. It broke up the previously large energy company Yukos and acquired its main oil production subsidiary. The Duma voted to give Gazprom, the state- controlled natural gas monopoly the exclusive right to export natural gas; Russia moved to limit participation by foreign companies in oil and gas production and Gazprom gained majority control of the Sakhalin energy projects. Russia has agreed with Germany to supply Germany and, eventually, the UK by building a natural gas pipeline under the Baltic Sea, bypassing Ukraine and Poland. In late 2006 and early 2007, Russia cut off and/or threatened to cut off gas or oil supplies going to and/or through Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, and Belarus in the context of price and/or transit negotiations — actions that damaged its reputation as a reliable energy supplier.

INTRODUCTION Black Sea coast has a number of natural features that define the high tourism and recreation potential of the territory. The unique combination of different resources defines the high tourism and recreation potential of the territory and creates conditions for the development of various forms of tourist activity. In view of the existing tourism industry (accommodation facilities, entertainment companies, etc.) and infrastructure we can talk about conditions for the development of almost all types of tourism: − cultural, educational and historical − health and resort − children − ecological − business − ethnographic − religious − agritourism (rural) − gastronomic and wine − active forms of tourism (diving, kitesurfing, hang-gliding, biking, caving, jeeping, rafting, horse riding, skiing and snowboarding, mountain climbing). II. TOURISM DEVELOPMENT FACTORS In general, current trends in the development of tourism on the Black Sea coast are determined by several factors: 1. The presence of significant historical and cultural potential and the unique culture of the local communities. The assemblage contains species of the genera Garantiana, Pseudogarantiana, Paragarantiana, Djanaliparkinsonia (all family Stephanoceratidae) and Vermisphinctes (family Perisphinctidae). A section of the Garantiana Zone on the Kyafar River contains (from bottom to top) Beds with Djanaliparkinsonia alanica (also recognized on the Kuban River), Beds with Garantiana subgaranti and Beds with Paragarantiana, approximately corresponding to the Dichotoma, Garantiana, and Tetragona subzones of the standard scale. Garantiana subgaranti Wetzel and Vermisphinctes martiusii (d’Orbigny) are described. Prorsisphinctes Buck- man, 1921 is proposed as a junior subjective synonym of Vermisphinctes Buckman, 1920. Subjects of the research: soils, pasture and cultivated plants, vegetable raw materials, prepared feed of the raw material zone of the Branch of the Tikhoretsky Children's Meat Canning Plant of DANON- RUSSIA JSC. The quantitative content of mobile forms of heavy metals in soils under the main feed crops and their accumulation in finished feeds was determined. The a soil with a high humus content cover in the area of the surveyed farms is mainly represented by carbonate weakly humus heavy-duty “chernozem”, which occupies 82.5 % of all land. Fodder raw materials in the autumn-winter season 2019-2020 is safe in quantitative content regulated by standards of elements of heavy metals. Their contents were established: mercury ≤ 0.01 mg / kg, cadmium ≤ 0.2 mg / kg, lead ≤ 2.0 mg / kg and arsenic ≤ 0.5 mg / kg. However, there was an insignificant (1-2%) increase in the zinc content in the silage from the green mass of corn and haylage from the green mass of alfalfa. It was established that the remains of the prohibited pesticides are in trace amounts or practically absent in the feed of the raw material zone.
