Specifically, it compares the geographical extent and characteristics of innovation networks between the two regions when firms carry out innovation, i.e. developing new or improved products or processes. Ego-centric networks of 89 firms were studied to investigate the geographical extent and the nature of innovation network ties. Based on these two regional case studies, three conclusions were made: (1) when firms in developing countries introduce technological innovation of products and/or processes, they engage in mixed networks, i.e. local and non-local (interregional and international) networks, (2) while local networks are important, non-local networks are used to access capabilities that are not present locally; these networks are not substitutes for each other but complementary, and (3) innovative firms in both types of regions (new vs. -

RAPOR 2013/15 TÜRKİYE'NİN 500 BÜYÜK SANAYİ KURULUŞU İÇİNDE OTOMOTİV SANAYİİ 1. OTOMOTİV SANAYİİ'NİN YILLARA GÖRE KONUMU 2. SEKTÖRLER ARASINDA KIYASLAMA TEMMUZ 2013 ÖNSÖZ İstanbul Sanayi Odası tarafından hazırlanarak yayınlanan “2012 Türkiye’nin 500 Büyük Sanayi Kuruluşu” çalışmasının genel sıralamasında OSD üyesi tüm firmalar yer almaktadır (Ek-I). İSO’nun bu değerli çalışması incelendiğinde firmalarımızın üretimden satışlar, satış hasılatı, üretici fiyatları ile yaratılan brüt katma değer, öz kaynak, net aktifler, vergi öncesi dönem kar/zarar, ihracat ve çalışan sayısı büyüklük sıralamalarının en üstünde yer aldıkları görülmektedir. OSD üyeleri 1982/2012 yıllar arasındaki 30 yıllık değerlendirmelerde ISO 500 firmaları arasında tüm parametrelerde sürekli artış göstererek paylarını arttırmışlardır. 2012 yılında Türkiye, dünyanın en büyük 17 inci büyük ekonomisine ve nüfusuna sahip olmuş, kişi başına düşen milli geliri 15.200 dolara yükseltmiş, işsizlik oranını % 9’lara çekmiş, enflasyonu kontrol altına almıştır. Buna karşın dünya ekonomisi yavaşlamış, kısıtlı üretim nedeni ile ticaret hacmi azalmıştır. Bu durum sanayimizin bütün parametreleri olumsuz yönde etkilemiştir. 2011 yılına oranla 2012 yılında önemli azalmalar meydan gelmiştir: Brüt Dönem Üretimden Satış Net Aktif İhracat İstihdam FİRMA Katma Özkaynak Kârı/Zararı Satışlar Hasılatı Tutarı (000 $) (Adet) Değer (VÖ) 1 Ford Otomotiv Sanayi A.Ş. -4 -6 -2 -11 2 -37 -8 1 2 Oyak-Renault Otomobil Fabrikaları A.Ş. 2 -1 - - - - -2 4 3TOFAŞ Türk Otomobil Fabrikası A.Ş. -12 -10 -10 30 -7 93 -14 -3 4 Mercedes-Benz T.A.Ş. 1 -2 - - - - -1 4 5 Toyota Otomotiv Sanayi Türkiye A.Ş. -29 -29 - - - - -34 -7 6 Türk Traktör ve Ziraat Makineleri A.Ş. 5 -11 - - - - 1.035 - 7 Hyundai Assan Otomotiv San. -
