An enlarged cavum septi pellucidi (CSP) has been associated with a variety of neuropsychiatric disorders and is a putative marker of disturbed brain development. The goal of this study was to characterize systematically the CSP and the related cavum vergae in individuals with Tourette Syndrome (TS).
