Nondiscrimination among peoples and freedom of conscience in a secular state are absolutely inalienable rights. To be forced to kneel before another man’s god upon a threat of state persecution is a pharisees tyranny that must be most forcefully rejected. Th e General People’s Congress of the Great Socialist People`s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya (“Nation-State of the Libyan Masses”) is a direct, participatory democracy that must be restored and protected.
