CORPORATE MISSION “To achieve highest standards of safety and Quality in Air Traffic Services and Airport Management by providing state-of-the-art infrastructure for Total Customer Satisfaction, Contributing to Economic Growth and Prosperity of the Nation”. OBJECTIVE AAI invites Tender bids in the prescribed form for grant of licence for Management of Vehicle Parking rights in front of International Terminal Building T2 at B.P. Airport as per the detailed Terms and Conditions of the Tender Document. The parties fulfilling the following criteria are eligible to participate in the Tender:- a. Parties having at least 3 (three) years’ experience in managing licence agreement exclusively for vehicle parking contract at any star hotels, hospitals, airports, sea ports, railways including DMRC or metro rails stations, bus terminals, approved public vehicle park area of municipal corporations, reputed malls or shopping complex. b. Gross Turnover Criteria: i. The Party should have an Annual Gross Turnover equivalent to 6 months MRLF (i.e. 6 x Rs.0.50 lakhs = Rs 3.00 lakhs. Page 5 ii. Qualifying Turnover specified above should be at least 50% from the same kind of business. iii. The Turnover Criteria should be in any of the last 5 financial years. iv. The turnover details should be duly certified by a Chartered Accountant. v. In case of multiple business of a company then the breakup of the turnover with the specific requirements of the tendered facility should be submitted duly certified by the Chartered Accountant. 3. Maximum of 30 days of gestation period or actual commencement of commercial operation whichever is earlier, will be allowed. 4. Only one tender document shall be sold to a single party either a firm or an individual. The proprietor of more than one company or firm will be considered as single party and one legal entity. 5. Any party either a firm or an individual falling under the following categories is not eligible: (a) De-barred/black listed by CBI, AAI or any Undertakings/Departments like; Railway, Defence, or any other Department of Govt. of India, State Govt. (b) Parties facing action under PPE Act, with AAI. (c) Parties either an individual or a business establishment, who has been ordered by a Court of Law to pay the outstanding dues of AAI at any of the airports as a whole and has not paid such dues to AAI, shall also not be eligible for the Tender. 6. Tender documents indicating full details of the license will be available at AAI website www.aai.aero or www.airportsindia.org.in or can be purchased on any working day between 1030 hrs to 1700 hrs upto 12/03/2014 in the O/o Airport Director, AAI, Biju Patnaik Airport, Bhubaneswar- 751020. Bidder(s) shall have to pay the non-refundable tender document fees of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) through cash/D.D. in favor of AAI, deposited in the above address on or before the date of Tender Opening. 7. Airports Authority of India, - Name of the Bank- Vijaya Bank, Branch- Ashok nagar, Bhubaneswar Account No. – 740300300001416, MICR Code - 751029002 and IFSC- VIJB 0007403. A copy of the receipt of the payment made is to be uploaded along with the Technical Bid document at the time of submission. Non-submission of Tender Purchase Receipt shall lead to disqualification. 8. Tender documents duly completed in all respects, indicating “Tender for Vehicle Parking Rights at T2”, name & address of their Firm/Company/Individual, as the case may be, on all envelopes, i.e. Master Envelope containing Technical Bid (Envelope ‘A’) along with the Financial Bid Page 6 (Envelope ‘B’) should be sent to the following address by 12/03/2014 at 1500 hours positively. Each page of Technical Bids should be signed by the authorized representative of the tenderer. The authorization (power of attorney) should be on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/- duly attested by Notary public. i) The tenderers are required to furnish an Earnest Money Deposit of Rs. 60,000/-(Sixty Thousand) in the form of demand draft/pay order in favor of Airports Authority of India payable at Bhubaneswar, for the requisite amount drawn on a national/scheduled commercial bank and submit the same before the date and time of opening of technical bid. Non-submission of EMD Receipt shall lead to disqualification. ii) The Technical Bids of the tenderers shall be opened at 1600 hours on 12/03/2014. iii) Financial Bid of Technically Qualified Bidders only will be opened. iv) AAI reserves itself the right to extend the date of receiving / opening of the bids. 9. AAI reserves to itself the right to reject the conditional tenders without assigning any reason thereto. 10. AAI reserves to itself the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof and to call for any other detail or information from any of the tenderer(s). 11. The successful tenderer must necessarily operate the contract for a minimum of 50% of the total period of contract, failing which; the licensee may be debarred from participating in any commercial tenders of AAI, for a minimum period of 1 (One) year. Tender documents are not transferable. 2. ‘Technical Bid’ must be sealed in ‘Envelope A’ and Financial Bid in ‘Envelope B’ and both the Envelopes are to be sealed in ‘Master Envelope’. 3. Technical Bid which shall be opened first shall contain basic documents specified as under: a) Details of the concern and legal status that is whether it is sole proprietor, partnership firm or a company under the Companies Act.

We came into existence in the year 1969 with a meagre strength of about 3000 men for providing security to Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and Government Installations. Today we have grown up to a strength of about 1, 05,000 officers and men and taken up a multi faceted role in the field of internal security which includes Airport Security, Security of Government Building, Monument Security, Disaster Management, VIP Security and security of critical installations like Delhi Metro in addition to our traditional role of providing industrial security. Currently we are providing security to 277 units including 56 domestic and international airports spread all over the country. We also have a Fire Wing which looks after the fire protection and fire prevention services of 77 units with a strength of about 5000 well trained man power. Hitherto our services were only available to Government Organisations and PSUs but by amendment in CISF Act the Government of India has permitted us to offer Consultancy Services in the field of Security and Fire Protection to public as well as private sector. Accordingly we have a Consultancy Wing located at our Force Head Quarters, which is ISO 9001: 2000 certified and offers its Consultancy Services to both the Government and the Non Government Organizations.
