The Essex County Council (High Ongar Road Bridge No. 115, High Ongar) (Prohibition of Motor Vehicles) Order 201* Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and 3(2) and Part III of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To introduce a Prohibition of Motor Vehicles on High Ongar Road Bridge No. 115, High Ongar in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with A414 Chelmsford Road, north west for a distance of approximately 55.6 metres. The distance includes the span of High Ongar Road Bridge No. 115. In particular it supports the proposed allocation of the land at Mill Lane, High Ongar, for housing development, (site HONG.R1) as described in policy P.12. 1.2 Our participation at the hearing is in relation to MATTER 15, Issue 2. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
