Evolution Kids Tennis (EKT) the EKT Program Is for Children Ages 2+ SESSION I: SESSION II: SESSION III: SESSION IV: 10 Weeks 10 Weeks 10 Weeks 10 Weeks August 3 - October 11 October 12 - December 20 January 4 – March 14 March 15 – May 23 (No classes Nov 26-29) Evolution Kids Tennis (EKT) The EKT Program is for children ages 2+. Every level of the program has a simple set of skills and objectives that all of the teaching professionals are focused on for your child. Parents are regularly apprised of their child’s progress through the program. Classes meet once a week. TSAC membership is not required for participation in Court Kids – Group C. Court Kids Ages 2-4 Your child’s first experience on a tennis court. This is a parent accompanied program to help nuture the skills needed to play tennis. Thursday 9:15am-9:45am Friday 3:30pm–4:00pm Group A Ages 4-5 Players will experience tennis for the first time on the mini court. Size and age specific activities will teach movement and coordination skills through play activities. Red ball play Monday 4:00pm-5:00pm Friday 4:00pm-5:00pm Group B Ages 5+ This is a fun, active introduction to tennis on the mini court. They will work on skills with a partner attempting to build a short rally. Red ball play Monday 4:00pm-5:00pm Friday 4:00pm-5:00pm Group C Ages 6+ Rallying and competing with classmates brings great energy to this class. Learn to progress from the mini net to the traditional net on a 60’ court, keeping score, and improving basic skills. Red ball transitioning to orange. Monday 4:00pm-5:00pm Friday 4:00pm-5:00pm Sunday 4:00pm-5:00pm (Match Play) Group D Ages 6+ Players continue to improve rally skills with transition balls both in team and individual competition. More emphasis will be placed on technique and play circumstances. Orange ball play Monday 4:00pm-5:30pm Wednesday 4:00pm-5:30pm Friday 4:00pm-5:30pm Sunday 4:00pm-5:00pm (Match Play) Level E/F Ages 6+ Players are making the transition to full size court and traditional balls. Technique will be sharpened. Players will be encouraged to compete in local tournaments. Green ball play. Full payment must be included with the registration form. A student enrolling after the start of a session and is unable to make-up missed classes will be charged a pro-rated fee for the remainder of the session. 2. Fee is non-refundable except as follows: • For medical disabilities, a pro-rated refund/credit shall be given from the date the refund is requested when accompanied by a doctor’s statement explaining the nature of the disability or injury and duration. • A participant shall be given a pro-rated refund/credit should a class be cancelled after the start of the session. • A student who does not meet the skill level requirements will be asked to change to a compatible class or will be issued a pro-rated refund or credit. • If any class is cancelled, Tri-State shall make every effort to reschedule the class. If the class cannot be rescheduled, each participant shall be given a refund or credit for the cancelled class. If a participant cannot attend the rescheduled class, that student shall be given a credit or refund for the class. • Only the Director of Tennis may approve lesson refunds, credits or pro-rated fees. 3. There is a minimum and maximum enrollment for each class. A student is allowed to make-up two classes per 10-week session. To request a make-up please contact Don Martin 812-479-3111. Make-ups do not carry over to the next session. If you schedule a make-up and need to cancel, please contact Don 48 hours in advance of the scheduled make-up. The Zone will be made up of the following countries: Albania, Austria, Bosnia- Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Poland, Serbia, Slovenia and Slovakia (to be mentioned as Zone-Countries). In 2017 there will be announced Zone-Championships in Autocross, Circuit Racing (also for historic cars), Endurance, Cross-Country, Hill-Climb (also for historic cars), Karting, Rally (also for historic cars), Rallycross and Slalom, reserved for drivers holding a valid national or international licence issued by one of the ASNs belonging to the zone.     MODE OF RECRUITMENT AND APPOINTMENT 1. RECRUITMENT RULES (For detailed study refer to Hand Book 'on Recruitment Rules, 1984 and its supplement, 19E5 published by Establishment Division of DOP&T). 1. Authority : 1.1 Subject to the provisions of the Constitution of India, Parliament may by law, regulate the recruitment, and conditions of service of persons appointed to public service and posts in connection with the affairs of the Union, but the President, or such person as he may direct in the case of services and posts in connection with the affairs of the Union, may make rules regu- lating the recruitment,, and the conditions of service of persons appointed to such services or posts, until provision in that behalf is made by or under an Act of Parliament, and any rules so made shall have effect subject to the provisions of any such Act. (Article 309, Constitution of India). 1.2 At present the three All India Services which arc common to the Union and the States and which have been duly constituted are the Indian Administrative Service, the Indian Police Service and the Indian Forest Service. 'Section 2A of the All India Serv. ices Act, 1951, however, alsO provides for the constitution of the following .Scrvim's as All India Services with effect from the dates to be notified by the Central Government : 1. The Indian Service of Engineers (Irrigation; Power; Building and Roads); 2. The Indian Medical and Health Service. Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act empowers the Central Government to frame rules in consultation with the State Governments, for the regulation of recruitment and the condi- tions of service of persons appointed to an All India Service.
