Jänner 2007 On the Quaternary reptilian fauna of Bashkortostan (South Urals, Russia) Zur Quartären Reptilienfauna von Baschkortostan (Südural, Rußland) VlNER KHABIBULLIN KURZFASSUNG Die Geschichte der quartären Reptilienfauna von Baschkortostan (Südural, Rußland) wird im Zusammen- hang mit einem kurzen Überblick zur Entwicklung des Klimas, der Landschaften und der Vegetation dargestellt. Fünf Reptilienarten {Lacerta agilis, Anguis fragilis, Lacerta vivipara, Natrix natrix, Vipera berus) sind für das Spätquartär des Untersuchungsgebietes anhand von Fossilbelegen nachgewiesen. Die neuzeitliche Herpetofauna des Urals begann sich im späteren Pliozän herauszubilden. Die gegenwärtige Reptilfauna entwickelte sich im mitt- leren Holozän, mit der Rückkehr der Reptilien aus den eiszeitlichen Refugialräumen. Die Gebirgsketten des Urals sowie die Tätigkeit des Menschen hatten auf die Ausbildung der gegenwärtigen Kriechtierfauna der Region keinen bedeutenden Einfluß. ABSTRACT The history of the Quaternary reptilian fauna of Bashkortostan (South Urals, Russia) is described and the development of climate, landscapes and vegetation are briefly reviewed. The article analyzes the impact of digitalization on the life population quality, identifies areas, identifies the positive and negative impact of digitalization on the qualitative characteristics of the population’s life. The life quality is one of the important indicators of the level of development of society; it is a complex systemic integral characteristic of satisfaction with material and non-material factors of life of the population living in a certain territory. Since the environment and environmental conditions are constantly changing, various trends and patterns occur, the trends and requirements of our time, inevitably affect the life quality. One of such conditions, gaining momentum at the present time, is digitalization. Digitalization is the introduction of modern digital technologies in various spheres of life and production. Currently, in all types and levels of economic processes in the world and in individual countries, the so-called "digitalization" is gaining momentum - the active use of information and communication technologies. There is a need to accept digitalization as a universal process, adapt to it and use its levers for the best possible result for society. In nine areas, digitalization directly affects the life quality - the city, education, healthcare, economy, finance, information systems, infrastructure, business, and agriculture. -

Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe High Commissioner on National Minorities The Hague, 12 January 2001 Dear Mr. Minister, In the beginning of last year the government of Ukraine requested me to investigate the situation of Ukrainian language education in your country. When I discussed this with your government, it offered to facilitate such an investigation. Earlier, your government had requested me to investigate the situation of Russian language education in Ukraine. The government of Ukraine also declared itself willing to facilitate such an investigation. In the summer of last year I have studied the situation of Ukrainian language education in your country, assisted by two experts, Prof. Bowring from the United Kingdom and Mr. Zhekov from Bulgaria. My conclusions are based on visits to Moscow, St. Petersburg and Tyumen, where conversations took place with local and regional authorities and with representatives of Ukrainian organisations. In Moscow extensive consultations took place with governmental authorities. While in Moscow, I also received representatives of Ukrainian organisations in Krasnodar, Ekatarinburg and Moscow Oblast. (AIHA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation created by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and leading representatives of the US healthcare sector in 1992 to serve as the primary vehicle for mobilizing the volunteer spirit of T American healthcare professionals to make significant contributions to the improvement of global health through institutional twinning partnerships. AIHA’s mission is to advance global health through volunteer-driven partnerships that mobilize communities to better address healthcare priorities while improving productivity and quality of care. Founded in 1992 by a consortium of American associations of healthcare providers and of health professions education, AIHA facilitates and manages twinning partnerships between institutions in the United States and their counterparts overseas. To date, AIHA has supported more than 150 partnerships linking American volunteers with communities, institutions, and colleagues in 33 countries in a concerted effort to strengthen health services and delivery, as well as health professions education and training. The Russian economy in recent years has faced the influence of a number of negative factors due to macroeconomic instability and increased foreign policy tensions. In these conditions the considerable constraints faced processes of socio-economic development of regions of the Russian Federation. In this article the authors attempt to analyze the key indicators of socio-economic development of the regions in which it was created and operate in the territories of priority socio-economic development. These territories are concentrated in the Far Eastern Federal District. The article identified, processed, and interpreted indicators, allowing to produce a conclusion on the interim effectiveness of the territories of priority socio-economic development in Russia in conditions of macroeconomic instability. 1 Introduction The main purpose of socio-economic policy is to increase the standard of living, increasing prosperity and ensuring social guarantees to the population. Without these indicators, it is impossible to imagine the effective development of civil society and of the economy as a whole. The crisis in macroeconomics and world politics led to the deterioration of the General economic situation in Russia and, as consequence, decrease in level of living of the population [1, 2]. 2 Experimental section Statistics show that in most Russian regions indicators of the level of living of the population significantly differ from similar indicators in the regional centers. -

The issues of renovation of industrial territories in single industry towns on the basis of industrial parks at the current stage are considered in this paper. The development of a new service industry - industrial parks – has started in Russia less than 10 years ago and gradually acquires a systemic character. However, the gap with the countries of America, Europe and Asia remains very significant. Dozens of new initiatives to create industrial parks of various forms of ownership have appeared in Russia in recent years. However, most areas of Russian industrial parks remain vacant against the backdrop of existing unmet demand for prepared sites and related services for the location of manufacturing plants. One of the main problems of the industry is that the quality of many industrial park projects announced in the country does not meet the requirements of investors - potential residents. 1 Introduction The issues of renovation of industrial territories are highly relevant for many Russian towns. In the conditions of the necessity to search for new drivers for the economic growth of towns, to improve the quality of the urban environment, and to increase the efficiency of the use of urban areas, an important task of finding and elaborating of innovation models for the development of industrial zones arises. -
