CELEBRITY MENTORS and contestants from main- land China’s highly rated reality talent show, Sing My Song, took the stage at The Venetian Macao’s Cotai Arena yesterday night for the opening concert of the Sing My Song World Tour. The three mentors of Sing My Song – Wakin Chau, Tanya Chua, and Yang Kun – performed their signature tunes for the delighted audience at the Cotai Arena. In doing this, they led a group of 10 singer-songwriters from the studio-based talent show in a performance of some of their original songs in various genres, as well as brand-new special cover ver- sions of some of the greatest songs of all time. Fans saw Chau, Chua and Tang perform their hit tunes on stage, including “Unfaithful,” “The Tamed Elephant,” and “The Abandoned City” respectively. The Sing My Song con- testants, including Wang Siyuan, Wang Jinlin, Hu Shasha and Zhou San, also performed “Love Dilemma,” “Love Song,” and “Time to Wake Up,” among many other songs.
