Our fiberglass mesh is made of high strength fiberglass yarn, of which the diameter of filament is strictly controlled by platinum equipment, and it is high-twisted. The excellent yarn guarantees the high strength for our mesh. And the weave of the mesh is of leno or plain according to demand. With high and stable strength, it is ideal base material for making the cut round piece for reinforcing grinding and cutting wheels.

Cut from coated fiberglass mesh, fiberglass disc is mainly used for grinding wheel. The fiberglass mesh cloth is coated with phenolic resin and epoxy resin, and then baked, the netlike piece is widely used as the basal material of grinding wheel which adopts resin as adhesive agent. The grinding wheel which is made with this basal material has properties of excellent heat resistance and smooth surface, cutting at high speed and great structural strength.

We can do all conventional size between above range. There are two types of woven and unwoven. We also can compound black paper and unwoven cloth according to the customers’ requirements. And we also supply the cut round piece mesh with coating, which is directly used for reinforcing grinding or cutting wheel.

Material in rolls: With film between each two roll layers, each roll is wrapped in PE film, and then to be put into a carton, we will put two pieces of foam on the two ends of the roll for protection. Material in disks: Disks are piled on cardboard tubes; each pile is wrapped in a polyethylene bag and placed in cardboard boxes of different sizes according to their diameters. Boxes are placed on pallets, which are wrapped with a stretchable plastic film.
