Adult-Rec-July-Decem

09/06/2016

Dear participants and families,

It is that time of year again and for some of you it is the first time that you will have an opportunity to apply for an adult rec activity!

Time to choose which activities you would like to take part in for the July – December 2016. This is an expression of interest and does not guarantee you a place on a camp or activity.

ALLOCATIONS MUST BE IN:

NO LATER THAN 5PM Friday 24th OF JUNE!!!

Please make sure you number your preferred camps from 1-6 and your activities from 1-6, 1 being the most preferred. If you do not do this then we do not know what you want. Please don’t just write yes, no, or maybe as this doesn’t give us a clear idea of which one you would like the most. If you prefer camps over day activities please make this clear on your returned form.

I will do my best to ensure you receive the activities that you would like to do most, however it depends on group dynamics as to which ones you will receive in the end.

These activities may change due to unforeseen reasons, please be aware that not all activities have been booked and confirmed.
