Voting members are provincial organizations that provide a wide variety of cultural programs and services to the people of Saskatchewan. These organizations, along with their regional and local members, help to nurture and support cultural development in the province. Some provincial organizations are designated as eligible to receive direct funding from the Culture Section of the Saskatchewan Lotteries Trust Fund for Sport, Culture and Recreation. These organizations, which are referred to as Eligible Cultural Organizations, are on the Minister of Parks, Culture and Sport’s Eligibility List. They each serve a province-wide network and continue to meet set criteria for funding that is defined by SaskCulture’s Cultural Policy. In the following list, the SaskCulture Voting Members are highlighted in bold, and those with Eligible Organization status, receiving Annual Global Funding (AGF), are marked with an asterisk (*). Non-voting members have cultural objectives as well, but the organization’s programs and services may not be provincial in scope. They include cultural organizations, professional associations, partnerships, corporations, cooperatives and unions throughout the province. SaskCulture membership is also open to individuals. Individual members are Saskatchewan citizens who support the work of SaskCulture Inc. and stay connected to cultural issues through the cultural network.
