Sredstvata za finansirawe na odr`uvaweto i proшiruvaweto na uli~noto osvetluvawe se predvideni vo Buxetot na opшtina Vasilevo vo Programata J3 - javno osvetluvawe, i od komunalnata taksa za uli~no osvetluvawe regulirana so Zakon za komunalni taksi (Sl.vesnik na RM br.92/07) koja iznesuva 25 k.vati po broilo. Ovaa komunalna taksa se napla}a od gra|anite zaedno so naplatata za potroшena elektri~na energija. Ovie sredstva gi pribira EVN - KEC - Strumica i istite gi uplatuva na `iro smetka na opшtina Vasilevo i toa po 139,00 denari po broilo за физички лица и 278,00 денари за правни лица. Brojot na imateli na broila od kategorijata potroшuva~ - domaќinstva vo tekot na godinata e promenliv, bidejќi vo tekot na godinata ima novo prijaveni doma}instva, a ima i doma}instva koi se odjavuvaat bidejќi imaat sezonska potreba od elektri~na energija za vreme dodeka se vrateni od stranstvo.

    On the basis of article 65 of the Law on Real Estate Cadastre („Official Gazette of Republic of Macedonia”, no. 55/13), the Steering Board of the Agency for Real Estate Cadastre has enacted REGULATION FOR THE MANNER OF CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CADASTRE MUNICIPALITIES AND FOR DETERMINING THE CADASTRE MUNICIPALITIES WHICH ARE MAINTAINED IN THE CENTER FOR REC SKOPJE AND THE SECTORS FOR REAL ESTATE CADASTRE IN REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA Article 1 This Regulation hereby prescribes the manner of changing the boundaries of the cadastre municipalities, as well as the determining of the cadastre municipalities which are maintained in the Center for Real Estate Cadastre – Skopje and the Sectors for Real Estate Cadastre in Republic of Macedonia. Article 2 (1) For the purpose of changing the boundaries of the cadastre municipalities, the Government of Republic of Macedonia shall enact a decision. (2) The decision stipulated in paragraph (1) of this article shall be enacted by the Government of Republic of Macedonia at the proposal of the Agency for Real Estate Cadastre (hereinafter referred to as: „„the Agency„„). (3) The Agency is to submit the proposal stipulated in paragraph (2) of this article along with a geodetic report for survey of the boundary line, produced under ex officio procedure by experts employed at the Agency. Article 3 (1) The Agency is to submit a proposal decision for changing the boundaries of the cadastre municipalities in cases when, under a procedure of ex officio, it is identified that the actual condition/status of the boundaries of the cadastre municipalities is changed and does not comply with the boundaries drawn on the cadastre maps.

So~uvani se arhivski fondovi i dokumenti za srpskata i bugarskata uprava vo Makedonija, kako i fondovi od periodot na NRM, SRM i Republika Makedonija. Od oblasta na pravosudstvoto, sudskite fondovi nudat podatoci od 1941 godina. So~uvanite fondovi od oblasta na prosvetata, kulturata i naukata pru`aat kontinuirani podatoci za periodot od 1919 godina, pri {to najgolemiot broj fondovi se od domenot na prosvetata. Fondovite za socijalnite i zdravstvenite aspekti na `iveewe pru`aat podatoci za periodot po Vtorata svetska vojna. Za stopanskiot `ivot na Ohridskiot region so~uvani se najgolem broj fondovi koi pru`aat podatoci za periodot od 1923 do 1991 godina. So~uvanite fondovi od sferata na op{testveno-politi~koto `iveewe, politi~kite organizacii, dru{tva i zdru`enija pru`aat podatoci za periodot od 1944 do 1991 godina. So~uvan e soliden broj na fondovi za verskite organizacii i verskite aspekti na `iveewe za pravoslavnoto i muslimanskoto naselenie koi pru`aat podatoci za periodot od 1900 godina. Semejnite i li~nite fondovi davaat podatoci za zna~ajni nastani i li~nosti od Ohridskiot region za periodot od 1853 godina.

    Vrz osnova na ~len 36 stav 1 точка 1 od Zakonot za lokalna samouprava („Slu`ben vesnik na RM“ br.5/02) и ~len 21 точка 13 od Statutot na opшtina Vasilevo („Slu`ben glasnik na op[tina Vasilevo“ br. br.04/03,08/06 и 09/10), Советот na op[tina Vasilevo na својата седница одржана на 27.11.2013 година ја донесе следната : P R O G R A M A za odr`uvawe i pro[iruvawe na uli~noto osvetluvawe vo op[tina Vasilevo za 2015 godina Vrz osnova na ~len 21 to~ka 13 od Statutot na op[tina Vasilevo, obvrska na Sovetot e da donese Programa za javnoto osvetluvawe. Pokonkretni odredbi koi se odnesuvaat na ovaa komunalna dejnost se sodr`ani vo Zakonot za lokalna samouprava, Zakonot za komunalni dejnosti i Zakonot za komunalni taksi, kako i so Odlukata za komunalen red na op[tina Vasilevo. Sredstvata za finansirawe na odr`uvaweto i pro[iruvaweto na uli~noto osvetluvawe se predvideni vo Buxetot na op[tina Vasilevo vo Programata J3 - javno osvetluvawe, i od komunalnata taksa za uli~no osvetluvawe regulirana so Zakon za komunalni taksi („Sl.vesnik na RM“ br.92/07) koja iznesuva 25 k.vati po broilo. Ovaa komunalna taksa se napla]a od gra\anite zaedno so naplatata za potro[ena elektri~na energija. Ovie sredstva gi pribira EVN - KEC - Strumica i istite gi uplatuva na `iro smetka na op[tina Vasilevo i toa po 140.25 denari po broilo. Brojot na imateli na broila od kategorijata potro[uva~ - doma]instva vo tekot na godinata e promenliv, bidej]i vo tekot na godinata ima novo prijaveni doma]instva, a ima i doma]instva koi se odjavuvaat bidej]i imaat sezonska potreba od elektri~na energija za vreme dodeka se vrateni od stranstvo.
