3 August 2007 Judges short-list finalists Finalists in the 2007 Queensland Media Awards will vie for prizes worth more than $20,000. The list of finalists follows. Winners of Specialist Categories will be announced during a reception at Qld Parliamentary Annexe from 6pm on Wednesday 22 August. RSVP for free entry. The 2007 Awards Presentation Dinner will be held at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre from 6.30pm on Saturday 25 August. Tickets cost $110 (students $75), including a three-course meal, beer, wine and live music ‘til late. You are encouraged to organise your colleagues and friends (10 to a table) to attend the Awards dinner. Reserve your tickets now by calling 1300 65 65 13.
