It was during her studies in January 2004 that Milic was offered a freelance position with Nine’s Gold Coast News which led her to becoming the program’s full-time weather presenter in January 2006. Along with her presenting commitments, she was also reporting on local stories as part of the News team. Milic joined the Brisbane News team in December 2008, having stints presenting the weather and weekend bulletins. In 2010, Eva returned home to Gold Coast News to present the local bulletin after the birth of her first child. She returned to Brisbane in 2012 presenting a range of different shows and MEDIA & SUPPORT PARTNERS returning to her weekend position, followed by three years at the helm presenting afternoon news for Queensland. Milic completed a Bachelor of Business degree in 2001 after graduating from St Michael’s College on the Gold Coast and in 2005, she graduated from Griffith University with a Masters in Journalism and Mass Communication.
