Thousands of “Occupy Wall Street” protestors gathered in downtown Oakland late Wednesday night, resulting in smashed windows, vandalized buildings, and fires throughout the streets. Demonstrators swarmed the Port of Oakland, blocking entranc- es to the port and shutting down operations for several hours. Although the port, which reopened Thursday morning, reported no injuries or damage, police arrested several dozen protesters downtown as they clashed with rioters who threw rocks, pipes, and Molotov cocktails at them, among other things. Four people were hospitalized from the events of the night. Most of the “Occupy” protestors claimed that those who crossed the line of peaceful assembly were fringe groups within the movement. Similarly, smaller demonstrations were held in Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and New York in support of the Oakland movement.

Cain denies accusations of sexual harassment

Republican Presidential Candidate and former CEO of Godfather’s Pizza Herman, Cain, recently denied a resurgence of allegations from the 1990s that he sexually-harassed women. “In all my over 40 years of business experience... I have never sexually harassed anyone,” Cain said. His campaign chief of staff, Mark Block, accused Texas governor Rick Perry’s campaign for bringing up the claims in the midst of the heated battle for the Re- publican presidential nomination. “Rick Perry and his campaign owe Herman Cain and his family an apology,” Block said. 9. The fire alarm goes off. On the bright side, if there is actually a fire, you won’t have to take the final. On the not-so bright side, there probably isn’t.

8. Any question that consists of three lines of text, a diagram, and six blank pieces of paper. Horribly enough, there’s rarely only one of these.

7. Your power supply goes bad in the middle of the computer portion. Also, since you’re *not* a freshman, your battery life is exactly 5.62 seconds.
