ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

THE WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (, FIVE WAYS, KINGSWOOD AND ) (30 MPH and 40 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2014

Warwickshire County Council propose to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to impose a 30 mph speed limit on the length of road mentioned in the Schedule 1 below and a 40 mph speed limit on the length of road mentioned in the Schedule 2 below.

A copy of the proposed Order, together with a plan showing the length of road affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected at the Main Reception, Shire Hall, Market Place, Warwick, at the Council, Riverside House, Milverton Hill, Leamington Spa and at the Public Library, The Pump Rooms, Leamington Spa during usual opening hours.

Schedule 1 (30mph speed limit)

1. Mill Lane

That length of road which extends from its junction with B4439 Old Warwick Road in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 347 metres.

Schedule 2 (40mph speed Limit)

1. Rising Lane

That length of Rising Lane which extends from a point approximately 200 metres east of its junction with Haywood Lane in a westerly direction to its junction with Packwood Lane.

2. Haywood Lane

That length of road which extends from its junction with Rising Lane in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 172 metres.

3. Netherwood Lane

That length of road which extends from its junction with Rising Lane in a northerly direction to a point approximately 290 metres south of its junction with Arbour Tree Lane. This point corresponds with the / Warwickshire boundary.

4. Chessetts Wood Road

That length of road which extends from its junction with Rising Lane in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 153 metres.

5. Mill Lane

That length of road which extends from its junction with Rising Lane in a southerly direction to a point approximately 347 meters north of its junction with Old Warwick Road.

6. Packwood Lane

That length of road which extends from its junction with the B4439 Old Warwick Road in a northerly direction to a point 75 meters south of the southern boundary wall for Packwood House.

7. Lapworth Street

That length of road which extends from its junction with the B4439 Old Warwick Road in a south easterly then southerly direction to a point approximately 138 metres north of its junction with Yew Tree Lane.

8. Catesby Lane

That length of road which extends from its junction with the B4439 Old Warwick Road for its entire length to its junction with Lapworth Street.

9. Case Lane

That length of Case Lane which extends from its junction with A4141Birmingham Road / Five Ways Road in a westerly and south westerly direction for a distance of approximately 814 metres.
