THE COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, AND MALLING) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS AND ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT 43) ORDER 2021

Notice is hereby given that intends to make the above Order, under Section 1, 2, 35, 36, 45, 46, 47, 49, 53, 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, the effect of which will be the alteration of parking tariffs and charges.

In the Parish of Location Proposals Station Road Removal of parking bay and introduction of new double yellow lines

In the Parish of Location Proposals Bell Lane & Bell Crescent New double yellow lines and disabled parking bays

In the Parish of Ditton Location Proposals New Road, Kiln Barn Road, St New double yellow lines Peters Road and Cherry Orchard

In the Parish of East Malling & Larkfield Location Proposals Laburnum Drive, Hornbeam Close New double yellow lines and The Ferns Swallow Road and Oriole Way New double yellow lines

In the Town of Location Proposals Wyvern Close Removal of single yellow line restrictions and the introduction of a resident permit parking area

In the Town of Tonbridge Location Proposals Gorham Drive The introduction of a resident permit parking area Lavender Hill area Extend resident permit parking restrictions to (Lavender Hill, Priory Street, Priory include Saturdays Grove, St Stephen’s Street, Road and Priory Walk) Lyons Crescent Changes to parking bays Nelson Avenue Removal of double yellow lines Shakespeare Road area The introduction of new double yellow lines (Shakespeare Road, Burns and a resident permit parking area Crescent, College Avenue, Scott Road and Brook Street)

Shipbourne Road New double yellow lines

A copy of the draft Order and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected on an “appointment only” basis due to Covid-19 restrictions (call 01732 844522 for more details) during normal working hours at the offices of Council Offices, , , or at and also at the Kent County Council Offices, Sessions House, County Hall, , Kent.

Anyone wishing to support these proposals, or object to them, should write stating reasons, and quoting the name of the Order by 1st August 2021 to;
