Overview

The country availability for the Expert Care Basic and Expert Care Advanced tier levels of service offered by IBM(R) Storage Expert Care, as announced in Software Announcement ZS21-0002, dated February 9, 2021, has changed.

Country availability is modified as follows:

Expert Care Basic and Expert Care Advanced tiers are no longer available in French Guiana, Pakistan, Mayotte, Reunion, Wallis and Futuna, Saint Martin (French Part), New Caledonia, Tunisia, Guadeloupe, Saint Barthelemy, French Polynesia, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, French Southern Territories, and Martinique.
