Use for omelets, or on . May be heated or served at room temperature. S ignature Sauced Pork Chops Microwave Heating Instructions 1. Thaw Chops completely in refrigerator. 2. Place tray in Microwave. Do not remove or puncture the cover film. 3. Heat on high for approximately 3-5 minutes. The film will expland and form a bubble during heating, but will relax as it self-vents. 4. Remove from microwave and let rest 2 minutes. 5. Remove film, serve and enjoy. *Microwaves vary in temperature. It is better to under-heat then overheat. If overheated they will become hard and dry.

Conventional Oven Heating Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 375˚F. 2. Remove chops from tray and place in shallow baking dish. Cover with sauce from tray and loosely cover dish with foil. 3. Heat for 15-20 minutes. 4. Remove foil. Place chops on serving dish, serve and enjoy. H eating Smoked Pork Chops Pan-Fry Heating Instructions Heat one tablespoon or in skillet. Place thawed Pork Chops in heated oil. Heat thoroughly for about 3 minutes each side, turning frequently. Do not overcook.

Microwave Heating Instructions 1. Thaw chops completely. 2. Remove from vacuum seal pouch. Place on microwave tray. Cover with a paper towel. Put in Microwave and heat on high for about 2 minutes (if using a turntable in microwave). Heat additional minute if not hot enough. If microwave does not have a turntable heat for about a minute and a half, turn and heat another minute and a half. 3. Remove from microwave and serve hot. *Microwaves vary in temperature. It is better to under-heat then overheat. If overheated they will become hard and dry.

Grilling Instructions Place thawed chops on grill over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes. Turn and heat for 2 to 3 more minutes. Do not overcook. Pre paring Canadian Style Bacon Baked Thaw slices completely. Preheat oven to 350°F. Wrap slices in foil and place in baking dish. Bake for about 15 minutes. Do not over heat.

Pan Fried Thaw slices completely. Preheat skillet, add 1 tablespoon shortening, brown slices on both sides and heat thoroughly, about 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

Broiled Thaw slices completely. Place oven rack 7 inches from coils. Place Canadian Bacon Slice on rack of broiler pan Broil for approximately 2 minutes on each side. Do not over-heat as it will dry meat out.
