meet the 2009 event directors

This is Richard’s second year as the director of Easter Passion Play. He served as ticket coordinator for the play in 2004, 2005, and volunteer coordinator in 2006.

Richard earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Andrews University in May 2005. He is currently employed in Buchanan, Mich., as a computer technical consultant. In his spare time, he works with the Office of Campus Ministries as station manager for CMRadio, a contemporary Christian and music Internet radio station. He looks forward to another year of the excitement telling His story brings!

Marjolynne Espeleta Naudline Pierre Marketing Director Assistant Marketing Director [email protected] [email protected]

A senior at Andrews University, Marjolynne is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Management and Music, with a minor in Spanish. She plans to attend law school.

Aside from studies, Marjolynne is involved in various capacities at Andrews including class/club officer, residence hall assistant and Spanish ministries, among other things. Marjolynne values the relationships she has made and the spiritual atmosphere she has experienced at Andrews.

A graduate student studying architecture at Andrews University, Andrew is also the director of Impressions of the Master, a drama team from the Office of Campus Ministries. His passions include his family and friends, architecture, arts, music, drama and photography.

Though he is quite involved in his school, above all, Andrew just loves to “have fun!”

Alyson Thompson Reservation/Ticket Coordinator [email protected]

Alyson is a senior at Andrews University, working on her Bachelor’s in International Business and Spanish.

Aside from her studies, Alyson has been involved in many activities on campus, including Adelante (Spanish Club) and Black Student Christian Forum. She also served as public relations officer for her class and is currently the educational standards officer for the Andrews University Student Association. Alyson looks forward to working with the Easter Passion Play staff this year and hopes it is a blessing to everyone involved.

Keren Toms Andrews University Staff Advisor Volunteer Staff Coordinator [email protected]

As Chaplain for Outreach, Keren oversees all of the outreach initiatives organized by Andrews University Office of Campus Ministries, including Easter Passion Play. She holds a degree in Spanish Studies from Andrews University and is currently pursuing a Master of Youth Ministry at the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary. Keren firmly believes that missions and service are the most important things in life.

Dan Agnetta Fundraising Director [email protected]

Dan is director of the Andrews University Office of Human Resources. For many years, Dan has portrayed a Pharisee in the Easter Passion Play. In 2007, he began fundraising, an important role he continues to this day.

Pastor Ron Whitehead Executive Producer [email protected]

Ron serves Kingdom-building efforts in the following ways: assistant to the president of Andrews University for Spiritual Life, executive director for the Center for Youth Evangelism, assistant professor for Youth Ministry, and Lake Union Conference Youth Ministries Director.

Ron has also served as a local pastor, and a conference youth and ministries director. He also served the NAD as associate youth director and produced four International Pathfinder Camporees.
