Dear parents,

We are looking forward to a wonderful two and a half weeks of trips to local attractions and fun and games back at The Bridge! Here is our schedule:

8am Meet at The Bridge, East Pleasaunce for breakfast, or 9am Meet at The Bridge 9.15am Day trip out to a local attraction (see below) 3pm Return to the Bridge for snack, rest and fun games and activities. (Snack and drink provided by holiday club) 5pm Circle time: we read a story and talk about our day 6pm Home time. Collection by parents at the Bridge. Earlier collection available if desired.

Please ensure your child has a packed lunch and drink and appropriate clothing for the weather, including sunhat and suncream and/or raincoat and warm clothing.

All trips will be within walking distance or one/two short bus rides away. The trips are subject to change and to a certain extent are weather dependent. All our managers are DBS checked and all staff have significant experience working with children, and at least one member of staff has a paediatric First Aid qualification.

Payment is to be made in full by Friday 5 August 2016. Please refer to your invoice for payment details.
