Why do I see orientation live sessions in Class Connect before my school start date? Students are assigned to their Orientation Advisor’s classroom a few days before their start date. Students will not begin orientation or attend orientation live sessions until their approved school start date.

Why do I see academic and orientation live sessions in my Online School Class Connect schedule? In some instances, students will have access to their academic courses (English, Math, Science, and History) and academic live sessions before completing the Orientation Program. This will ensure the student is marked present the first three days of school and equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully transition to academic courses. Upon completion of the Orientation Program, the Orientation Advisor will instruct the student to begin academic courses and attend academic live sessions.
