The property is stunningly situated on the east side of Loch Ken, just north of Loch Ken Marinia. Castle Douglas is only 8 miles to the south and Dumfries is approximately 24 miles west.

ACCESS

From Castle Douglas head north on the A713 for approximately 8.5 miles. There is a gateway from the public road to Lot 1 shown as A1 on the sale plan. Lot 2 has an access gateway off the A713 at A2. Access to Lot 3 & 4 are access via the shared access road A3 – A5, maintenance is on a ‘user basis’.
