Hopefully they’ll take you somewhere near seventh heaven and back again, or at least mountain high and river deep. A place that was yet-to-be-discovered, but which at the same time excellent wines were elaborated? A good choice for this would be Slovenia. The first thing would be to choose our destination airport. Another good thing about Venice is its airport, that for such a small town is served by a large number of airlines that come from almost anywhere in the world. Once there, the only thing left to do is rent a car and go to neighboring Slovenia. Our destination is just an hour and a half from the airport, following the A4 motorway in the direction of Trieste. Other arrival possibilities are the airport of Trieste or the farthest one of Ljubljana, although Venice is the one that enjoys better connections (and better prices as well). During our trip we will spend a few days in one of the four wine regions of this small country with just over two million inhabitants sharing borders with Austria, Italy, Hungary and Croatia. Though it is not widely known, Slovenia has a great wine tradition with a number of wineries exporting their wines all over the world. Primorska is the easternmost Denomination of Origin and it is divided into four areas: Vipavska Dolina (Vipava river valley), Kras, Slovenska Istra and Goriška Brda.

Klub borilnih veščin Sevnica s karateisti, rokoborci in kickboksarji kontinuirano razveseljuje lokalno skupnost z odličnimi tekmovalnimi dosežki.     In association with... Welcome to the 2019 Real Wine Fair! The Real Wine Fair is an independent festival of natural growers and winemakers, comprising those who work organically and/or biodynamically and with few or zero interventions in the winery. That said, real wine is relative rather than an absolute or precise term and embodies a certain spirit of endeavour in the vineyard and the winery. We understand that each grower has a highly specific approach; we should celebrate those differences. Real wines tend to be made in small quantities by artisan or independent producers who work without chemicals (which means no artificial fertilisers, pesticides or herbicides) in low yielding vineyards and then vinify without artificial yeasts or enzymes, or recourse to acidification or other adjustments. Many are made with only tiny amounts of added sulphur and some with none at all. ‘Nowt taken out and nowt put in’, as the saying goes. The motivation is to rediscover the true flavour of wine by capturing the sense of place (terroir) and the very nature of the vintage. These wines are individual, hand-crafted, thrilling and unpredictable. They remind us that wine can be a living thing rather than a denatured product and that less intervention means more real flavour. This booklet contains details of hundreds of wines from many countries around the world presented by growers and winemakers who have stories to tell. We hope you enjoy these wines as much as we do. Sprva je bila blagovna znamka zaščitena kot individualna, kar pomeni, da jo je lahko uporabljal samo Javni zavod Kozjanski park. V letu 2013 smo se odločili, da blagovno znamko zaščitimo kot kolektivno in jo torej lahko uporabljajo vsi, ki izpolnjujejo pogoje iz Pravilnika o kolektivni blagovni in storitveni znamki Sožitje – Kozjanski park. BLAGOVNA ZNAMKA SOŽITJE – KOZJANSKI PARK Kolektivna blagovna znamka je namenjena promociji pridelkov, izdelkov in storitev, ki so v duhu trajnostne sonaravne pridelave in predelave, ki ohranja okolje in naravo. Proizvodi morajo biti pridelani in predelani na naravi in ljudem prijazen način ter s čim manjšim vplivom na okolje in naravo. Med nastajanjem, rabo ali po vsebini proizvodi ne smejo biti v nasprotju s poslanstvom zavarovanega območja. Blagovno znamko Sožitje – Kozjanski park lahko pridobijo kmetje, obrtniki in organizacije, ki delujejo na zavarovanem območju Kozjanskega regijskega parka in biosfernem območju Kozjansko in Obsotelje. Do sedaj je pravico do uporabe blagovne znamke Sožitje – Kozjanski park pridobilo že 18 ponudnikov pridelkov, izdelkov in storitev. Ponudnikom pravico do uporabe blagovne znamke Sožitje – Kozjanski park vsako leto podelimo na prireditvi Praznik kozjanskega jabolka.
