DAY 2 Buenos Aires Breakast. Today will be dedicated to Evita. We will visit Plaza de Mayo again, to get in touch with some aspects of Eva Duarte de Peron´s life, the mythic 'Evita', which are reflected in some of the surrounding buildings, specially in the Government House balcony which was the stage of her resounding speeches addressed to the poor. We will also pass by the former Eva Peron Foundation, the General Labor Union building, where the funeral of her mortal remains was held. Then we will be going to the Luna Park Center, the place where Evita met President Perón, and from there we will go on towards the Four Seasons Hotel (ex Park Hyatt) where Madonna stayed when she visited to film the famous movie directed . The next stop will be at Evita´s museum where you can learn more about her life. You will continue to observe the monument recently built in her honour. Lunch at the museum. Afterwards we will visit the church of Nuestra Señora del Pilar , where they got married, and the Recoleta Cemetery, where she is buried. In the evening enjoy a dinner at a historical restaurant in San Telmo.

DAY 3 Buenos Aires Breakfast. Today, the visit is focused on Carlos Gardel’s history, the greatest tango singer of all times. The visit starts at Plaza de Mayo and continues along Avenida de Mayo, with its typical Spanish coffee stores and theatres, stopping at Café Tortoni, a place where artists and poets used to meet in the old times. Later we will visit the “Abasto” neighbourhood, most frequented by Carlos Gardel. This used to be a restaurant and hostel where he used to meet his friends. We will continue to

Chacarita Cemetery to see the Carlos Gardel Monument. Lunch at “Los Inmortales” in Corrientes Avenue, a restaurant frequently visited by Carlos Gardel. In the evening we will enjoy a tango Lesson led by professionals or a dinner and tango show at “El Querandí”. Return to the hotel.
