AAdvantagec Program Overview As a member of the AAdvantage program, you know that you can earn miles each time you purchase an eligible published-fare ticket and fly on American Airlines, American Eagle,® AmericanConnection® or any of our over 20 participating air carriers. You can also earn bonus miles* for flying on an eligible purchased Business Class or First Class ticket on American Airlines and all participating airlines, adding to your total mileage: • An additional 25% of flight mileage flown in Business Class, or • An additional 50% of flight mileage flown in First Class. Because not everyone is a frequent traveler, we also extend mileage-earning opportunities through AAdvantage program participants** such as: • C o-branded credit cards in 30 countries worldwide • Leading hotel chains • Car rental agencies • Special services and retail • Financial services and investment companies • Internet service providers and many more. In order to earn elite-qualifying miles on our codeshare flights, your ticket must either show an American Airlines flight number or a flight number of an AAdvantage elite-qualifying airline. American Airlines has codeshare agreements with the following airlines at time of printing: Aer Lingus, Air Pacific, Alaska Airlines/Horizon Air, British Airways, Cathay Pacific Airways, China Eastern Airlines, Deutsche Bahn German Rail, EVA Air, Finnair, Gulf Air, Hawaiian Airlines, Iberia, Japan Airlines, LAN Airlines, Mexicana, Qantas Airways, SN Brussels Airlines, SNCF French Railways, SWISS, TACA, TAM, Thalys Railways and Turkish Airlines. Accrual is based on flight mileage but minimum mileage guarantees may exist. Mileage accrual on airline participants may not be eligible on routes operated by other carriers. Government restrictions may affect the ability to earn and redeem miles to/from certain countries, including Cuba. Visit www.aa.com/aadvantage for details. 3 ELITE STATUS EARNING MILES Attaining Elite Member Status As you earn qualifying flight miles, you’ll become eligible for membership in the AAdvantage program’s AAdvantage Executive Platinum, AAdvantage Platinum, and AAdvantage Gold elite-statusite-status levelslevels. Each level offers exclusive services and benefits including: • An exclusive, direct hot-line number for reservations, seating requests and meal requests • Complimentary upgrades for you and one companion based on qualifying fare purchased* • AAdvantage Platinum and AAdvantage Gold members receive four 500-mile electronic upgrades for every 10,000 qualifying base miles earned** • AAdvantage Gold members receive a 25% mileage bonus while AAdvantage Platinum and AAdvantage Executive Platinum members earn a 100% mileage bonus on the base or guaranteed minimum miles for eligible flights** • Priority boarding • Recognition of your elite status by all airlines in the oneworldworld alliancealliance • Discounted Admirals Club memberships

    PACIFIC COMMISSION ATTACHMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS Upfront Commissions. (v) Charges, Applicable taxes, airport, immigration, customs, security surcharges and other fees, regardless of country of origin, must be collected by the Authorized Sales Outlet at the time of ticketing. (vi) Fare rules regarding advance purchase, minimum stay, penalties, seasonality, stopovers, discounts, rerouting, open jaw, open returns, service charges and refunds are based on the applicable fare basis codes listed below, and such rules must be followed by the Authorized Sales Outlets (vii) American’s standard Internet/On-line Commission Policy, as updated from time to time in the Agency Reference System currently found at www.aa.com/agency shall be applicable to the Authorized Sales Outlets for travel booked via the Internet/On-line Services (viii) The Joint Business shall pay no retroactive commissions (ix) Commissions must be taken from published fares only.
