TENDER NOTICE
Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM) a Public Sector Welfare Organization invites sealed bids comprising two envelopes marked as " Technical Proposal" and "Financial Proposal" for Purchase of Wheel Chairs form NTN and GST Registered Contractor/Bidder/Manufacturer having their name in the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) who are specialized in respective fields having experience of 4 to 5 years and sound financial grounds preferably registered with SECP/SE to provide wheel chairs for physically disabled persons of AJK, Islamabad and Rawalpindi Division.
2. Biding documents, which are containing detailed terms & conditions, procedure for submission of bids, bid security, bid validity, opening of bid, evaluation criteria, clarification/rejections of bids, etc are available for the interested bidders at the office of the undersigned. Price of the biding documents is Rs. 1,000/- (Non-refundable) which will be deposited in PBM Account No. NIDA-3008607606 at NBP Industrial Area Branch, H-9 Islamabad.
3. The Contractor/Bidder/Manufacturer will attach Sample of wheel chair alongwith Brochures. Without Sample & Brochure Tender will not be accepted. Tender received incomplete/after due date & time will not be entertained.
4. Tender complete in all respects in two sealed envelopes (Technical Proposal & Financial Proposal) and earnest money equal to 2% to total bid amount (Refundable) for above said areas in shape of CDR or Bank Draft in favour of Director Pakistan Bat-ul-Mal, Regional Office-ICT, Islamabad should be submitted within 15 days of publication of Tender Notice on or before 11:00 am in the office of the undersigned.
5. Technical Proposal will be opened at 11:30 am and Financial Proposal of technically qualified Contractor/Bidder/Manufacturer will be opened after three days at 02:00 pm in the presence of all bidders/their authorized representatives on the same venue/station.
