Tim has 45 years experience in the operation and design of commercial catering equipment and facilities. He trained as an Industrial Designer at RMIT and Catering Supervision at William Angliss College.

Clara obtained her B.Sc. in Food Science (McGill) with First Class Honors and M.Sc. in Human Nutrition from UBC. She worked in Canada as a Registered Dietitian (RD) for 20

years before moving to Hong Kong in 1996. Clara is a professional member of FCSI,

Chair of FCSI Asia Pacific Division and director on the FCSI worldwide board, she has been an invited speaker at various international conferences/workshops and has

published numerous articles。. As a visionary leader, she pioneered the design of

foodservice computer systems, successfully piloting and implementing cook-chill and

endpoint retherm systems both in Canada and Hong Kong. She also built the first cook-chill Central Production Unit in China. As a keen "go-green" advocate, in 2003

Jacques obtained his Master Degree in Engineering Nuclear Physics at Brussels

University in 1988 and MBA Degree at Rutgers University, NJ, USA in 2000. He is

fluent in Dutch, French, English and Chinese. Jacques has been with Blanco since

2004, he is currently the Sales Manager Greater China. Blanco is a German company specialized in high-end hospital food distribution equipment used for keeping food cold

or warm, and regeneration of food from 4ºC to 80ºC according to HACCP standards.

Philippe, a chef by profession, has his passion remains in food and beverage, and all things around it. Of Swiss origin, he started his training as a Chef in Switzerland at the age of 16, and rose to the position of Executive Chef for Sheraton Hotel by 1991. For the past 26 years he has been living in Australia and Asia, Philippe continued to have his best palate served in many of the prestigious hotels within the region, including Sheraton and Hyatt.
