1. Can I purchase the 3a / 3 / 3 XL at recommended retail price (RRP) without any mobile contract? Google / 3 / 3 XL is only available with a 24-month mobile contract at launch.

2. What are the available colours for the 3a / 3 / 3 XL? The Google / 3 XL is available in Just Black, Clearly White and Not Pink. The Google Pixel 3a is available in Just Black and Clearly White.

3. What kind of SIM card does the Google Pixel 3a / 3 / 3 XL require? Will there be any SIM card charges? The Google Pixel 3a / 3 / 3 XL requires a Nano SIM. Please note that a change of SIM card is needed if you are using a regular/micro-SIM card. A fee of $37.45 (after GST) is applicable with any SIM card change.

4. Can I combine my Singtel Prestige voucher with a Price Plan voucher to purchase the Google Pixel? Yes. You may combine a Singtel Prestige voucher with a Price Plan voucher to purchase the Google Pixel 3a / 3 / 3 XL. However, your handset purchase must be tied to a 24 months Device Agreement and for a single purchase only. Please note that you are unable to combine two or more Singtel Prestige Vouchers for a single purchase.

5. I am holding an Employment Pass or S Pass holder, can I purchase the Google Pixel? Yes, of course. Do take note of the following details prior to sign-up: You’ll need to present a copy of your identification pass for verification during the purchase. If you’re an Employment Pass or S Pass holder, please ensure that your identification pass has a validity of at least 6 months from date of purchase when you sign up for a 2-year mobile contract. Please note for S Pass holder, may be required to pay deposit for new line sign-ups.

6. I am holding a Work Permit, Social, Student or Dependent Pass, can I purchase the Google Pixel? Yes. Do take note of the following details prior to sign-up: Present a copy of your identification pass for verification during the purchase. If you’re a holding a Work Permit, Social, Student or Dependent Pass, please ensure that your identification pass has a validity of at least 12mths from date of purchase when you sign-up for a 2-yr contract. A minimum deposit of $450-$800/mobile line (payable upon application and/or re-contract on a 2- yr contract) is required.

7. I have not completed 21 months of my device contract. Am I allowed to recontract and how much is the Early Device Upgrade Fee?

Yes, you can upgrade your device after completing at least the first six (6) months of your current two- year (2-year) Device Agreement.

An Early Device Upgrade Fee applies as follows:

 For customers who have completed between 6-11 months of their contract: $500 to $1000 depending on the phone model taken upon the previous sign-up / recontract.  For customers who have completed between 12-17 months of their contract: $350  For customers who have completed between 18-20 months of their contract: $200.

Please note customers who have re-contracted or entered into a new contract on or after 17 September 2019, they will be required to complete at least the first twelve (12) months of the two (2) years Device Agreement before they are eligible to do an Early Device Upgrade.

The following device upgrade charges will apply for contracts on or after 17 Sep 2019:
