Biodiversity Data Journal 2: e1019. doi: 10.3897/BDJ.2.e1019 Abstract The flora of Tropical Asia is among the richest in the world, yet the actual diversity is estimated to be much higher than previously reported. Myanmar and Thailand are adjacent countries that together occupy more than the half the area of continental Tropical Asia. This geographic area is diverse ecologically, ranging from cool-temperate to tropical climates, and includes from coast, rainforests and high mountain elevations. An updated checklist of aquatic plants, which includes 78 species in 44 genera from 24 families, are presented based on floristic works. This number includes seven species, that have never been listed in the previous floras and checklists. The species (excluding non-indigenous taxa) were categorized by five geographic groups with the exception of to reflect the rich diversity of the countries' floras. Used a qualitative methodology that included studying-documents, interviews, and focus group discussions on studying a sample of experts and Thai-Chinese families. The data were analyzed by content analysis. The result was summarized as follows: 1) Cause their migration from China to Muang District, Lampang Province was poverty and escaped the war. 2) Their migration routes were two routes. The first route from Hainan Island, Koh Samui in Surat Thani Province, Other Provinces (such as Bangkok, Nakhon Sawan, Chai Nat, Nakhon Ratchasima), Lampang Province. The Second route from Guangdong and Fujian, Vietnam, Khlong Toei (Bangkok), Lampang Province. 3) Their ethnicity divided into three ethnics were Hainan, Cantonese-Chaozhou, and Hakka. 4) Traditional and cultural expression, namely, constructing shrines, worshiping ancestors, a ritual in respecting and worshiping the Chinese and Buddha deities, changing the cremation ceremony from burial to cremation, usage Thai as the mother tongue, and embellishing Chinese lanterns and characters -

The virus is transmitted to humans by the bite of infected female Aedes mosquitoes, primarily Aedes aegypti. CHIKV infection is spreading worldwide, and it periodically sparks new outbreaks. There are no specific drugs or effective vaccines against CHIKV. The interruption of pathogen transmission by mosquito control provides the only effective approach to the control of CHIKV infection. Many studies have shown that CHIKV can be transmitted among the Ae. aegypti through vertical transmission. The previous chikungunya fever outbreaks in Thailand during 2008–2009 were caused by CHIKV, the East/Central/South African (ECSA) genotype. -

This includes medical tourism, with projects concentrated in the high tourist areas: Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Surat Thani, Pattaya and Hua Hin. The country is also renowned for alternative medicine such as meditation, yoga and Thai massage, with these services delivered by private providers and specialized medical centers. Just as investment in high-tech care equipment continues to rise, opportunities are also expanding in the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors. Affordable First-Class Quality With over 1,000 public and 400 private hospitals operating at high standards and fully equipped with internationally trained physicians, Thai medical service provides excellent care at very competitive prices. The prevalence of physicians with overseas training and hospitals’ multilingual staffs also means there are no communication barriers for foreign patients. Each year the country attracts about 2 million medical tourists from abroad. The most prominent treatments requested by the foreign patients are general check-ups, dental care, hip replacements, laser eye surgery, kidney transplants and heart surgery. In comparison, some surgeries conducted in Thailand are as much as 90% less expensive than in the United States. -

It is located in the highlands of the fan-shaped relief of the Indochinese peninsula, where the international borders of Burma, Laos, and Thailand, run. However, if opium poppy cultivation has taken place in the border region shared by the three countries ever since the mid-nineteenth century, it has largely receded in the 1990s and is now confined to the Kachin and Shan States of northern and northeastern Burma along the borders of China, Laos, and Thailand. -
