Comparison between all Thailand -Cambodia business shows borderland International business is 75% of all International business between Thailand and Cambodia as show table 2-1. Borderland businesses are mainstays of economy in this area of country. Sakaeo Province is an eastern province of Thailand where has the boundary contacts with the Cambodia. In 2007, Aranyaprathet Custom House and Chanthaburi Custom House had total trade value 18,468 and 14,432 million baht, respectively. (Unofficial Translation) Order of the Centre for the Administration of the Situation due to the Outbreak of the Communicable Disease Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) No. 1/2564 Re : COVID-19 Zoning Areas Categorised as Maximum COVID-19 Control Zones based on Regulations Issued under Section 9 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration in Emergency Situations B.E. 2548 (2005) ------------------------------------ Pursuant to the Declaration of an Emergency Situation in all areas of the Kingdom of Thailand as from 26 March B.E. 2563 (2020) and the subsequent 8th extension of the duration of the enforcement of the Declaration of an Emergency Situation until 15 January B.E. 2564 (2021); In order to efficiently manage and prepare the prevention of a new wave of outbreak of the communicable disease Coronavirus 2019 in accordance with guidelines for the COVID-19 zoning based on Regulations issued under Section 9 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration in Emergency Situations B.E. 2548 (2005), by virtue of Clause 4 (2) of the Order of the Prime Minister No. 4/2563 on the Appointment of Supervisors, Chief Officials and Competent Officials Responsible for Remedying the Emergency Situation, issued on 25 March B.E. 2563 (2020), and its amendments, the Prime Minister, in the capacity of the Director of the Centre for COVID-19 Situation Administration, with the advice of the Emergency Operation Center for Medical and Public Health Issues and the Centre for COVID-19 Situation Administration of the Ministry of Interior, hereby orders Chief Officials responsible for remedying the emergency situation and competent officials to carry out functions in accordance with the measures under the Regulations, for the COVID-19 zoning areas categorised as maximum control zones according to the list of Provinces attached to this Order. -

The province covers an area of 6,596 sq. kms. and is above all noted as the centre of the legendary Kingdom of Sukhothai, with major historical remains at Sukhothai and Si Satchanalai. Its main natural attraction is Ramkhamhaeng National Park, which is also known as ‘Khao Luang’. The provincial capital, sometimes called New Sukhothai, is a small town lying on the Yom River whose main business is serving tourists who visit the Sangkhalok Museum nearby Sukhothai Historical Park. Abstract Background: The bilateral relations between Thailand and Laos were initially based on a good perception for a long time. It can be said that Thai policy towards relations with Laos was adhered to the old discourse, which believed that Thailand and Laos are Sister Countries, and thus presumed the close tie between them. While Thai myth believed that they were strong bilateral relations, Lao people, on the contrary, believed that the aforementioned discourse implied an insult of Thai people towards Laotian. Objective: 1. To study the cause of the problems concerning the bilateral relations between Thailand and Laos. 2. To study the relative advantage of the bilateral relations between Thailand and Laos. Results: The study of the comparison of the advantage and disadvantage between Thailand and Vietnam on the relationship with Lao showed that Thailand was relatively disadvantaged in comparison to Vietnam in all aspects. However, the Researcher has proposed the advantage that Thailand possesses over the bilateral relations between Thailand and Laos, namely, the kinship relations of the communities along both Mekong River banks included Mukdahan-Savannakhet community which was closely sustained. Discussion: This research is to study the causes of the bilateral relations problem, and to present the advantages over the improving of the bilateral relations between Thailand and Laos under the historical research and the concept of National interest. -

Songkhla Provincial Administrative Organization Effective Integrated Pre-hospital Emergency Care System Abstract The unpleasant world championship, According to the World Atlas website, about the country with the highest road deaths in the world in 2017, Thailand has moved up to the top of the world. It was found that the death rate was 36.2 cases per 100,000 populations. While government policies have been set up to prevent road accidents, including accident relief measures. The emphasis is on the preparation of the emergency medical service system so that people can access the emergency medical system thoroughly, equally and with standard quality. Therefore, they have set up a notification and dispatch center in every province, using the number 1669 as the emergency notification and emergency number to assist emergency patients in a timely manner. Ther centers will be set up with the hospital in each province. Songkhla Provincial Administrative Organization has created an innovative approach to integrating the new dimension of work in order to help people with illnesses and emergency situations thoroughly and effectively. It was set up as a public service by the local government based on authority and mission that was effectively transferred. This serves the needs of people in all areas, enhances people's quality of life and reduces the rate of loss of life and disability of people in the area. We hope that this innovation will be useful for the development of emergency medical systems for local governments in all areas. More importantly, we would like to thank all the working groups and networking parties involved in driving this innovation. -

Development of a National Urban Mobility Programme - an Inventory and Assessment of National Urban Mobility in Thailand A project of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in collaboration with the Thai Office of Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning (OTP) Final Report November 2019 Development of a National Urban Mobility Programme Project Background Transport is the highest energy-consuming sector in 40% of all countries worldwide, and causes about a quarter of energy-related CO2 emissions. To limit global warming to two degrees, an extensive transformation and decarbonisation of transport is necessary. The TRANSfer project’s objective is to increase the efforts of developing countries and emerging economies for climate-friendly transport. The project acts as a mitigation action preparation facility and thus, specifically supports the implementation of the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) of the Paris Agreement. The project supports several countries (including Peru, Colombia, the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia) in developing greenhouse gas mitigation measures in transport. The TRANSfer project is implemented by GIZ and funded by the International Climate Initiative (IKI) of the German Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU) and operates on three levels. 8.3.2 Feature of the Industrial Town

Roughly speaking, southwest center and gate city is Nakhon Ratchashima, southeast center is Ubon Ratchathani and Northwest center is Khon Kaen. Four provinces in northeast I-san are divided into two groups. Nakhon Phanom and Mukdahan belong to Ubon Ratchathani of the Southeast and Sakon Nakhon and Kalasin belong to the Khon Kaen of Northwest center. Since the four provinces are far from the center city, they could not receive full support from the center. Even that Khon Kaen and Ubon Ratchathani are the centers of the regions, they themselves also require economic support. Eventually, four provinces should be developing themselves (see Figure 8.9). Figure 8.9 Functions of Four Provincial Towns But a careful consideration of this region indicates that I-san region should be divided into four sub-regions. Northeast region of four provinces should be joined together and establish a new regional community. Sakon Nakhon should be considered as the center because of the following reasons: · Sakon Nakhon is the biggest economic town among the four provinces; · It is the geographical center among the four provinces; 8-49 PLANET NESDB - JICA · It has a well-developed industrial infrastructure of airport and road network among the four provinces; and · Sakon Nakhon has a potential for Agro-Science City with agricultural activities of R&D institute and universities.
