Our aim is to nd out whether winter road salting affects wash frequency, the use of car cleaners and corrosion. Compilation of the responses shows that there are signicant differences in the care of cars between the island of Gotland (unsalted) and the Swedish mainland opposite Gotland (salted), and between part of Vaster- botten County (lightly salted) and part of Vasternorrland County (salted). We consider that if salt application were discontinued, wash frequency would be cut by ca 30% and the use of degreasers and screen wash uid would be reduced by 4070%. -

General data in accordance with the requirements in article 37 of the Euratom Treaty Dismantling of the nuclear reactors Oskarshamn 1 and 2 in Sweden 11th May 2017 2 About this report The present document has been compiled and completed by the Swedish Radiation Safety Authority (SSM), mainly based on information provided by the license holder, OKG AB. The purpose of the document is to serve as information for the European Commission, and to fulfil the requirements of Article 37 of the Euratom Treaty. SSM has controlled that the general data provides the necessary information and that it follows the guideline in annex 3 of the recommendation of the application of Article 37 of the Euratom Treaty 2010/635/Euratom. The report has been approved by the Head of Section Ove Nilsson and has been registered by the authority with document number SSM20017-333-2. On the 11th of May 2017 SSM approved to submit the report to the Swedish Government in order to be submitted to the European Commission. 3 4 Summary The recommendation of the European Commission of 11 October 2010 on the application of Article 37 of the Euratom Treaty (2010/635/Euratom) requires each member state to provide the Commission with general data related to for instance dismantling of nuclear reactors, which will make it possible to determine whether the implementation of the activities is likely to result in radioactive contamination of the water, soil or airspace of another member state. This report describes the consequences of decommissioning two boiling water reactors and the common waste handling building at the Oskarshamn Nuclear Power Plant. -

This document (the Base Prospectus) supersedes any previous prospectus. Any Notes (as defined below) issued under the Programme on or after the date of this Base Prospectus are issued subject to the provisions described herein. This does not affect any Notes issued before the date of this Base Prospectus. Under this Euro Note Programme (the Programme) Kommuninvest i Sverige Aktiebolag (publ) (the Issuer) may from time to time issue notes (the Notes) denominated in any currency agreed between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer(s) (as defined below). Lokal Atga rdsplan fo r minskad o vergo dning i Va sterviks kommuns kustvatten 2017-2021 Antaget av KS 2017-05-22 Sammanfattning Västerviks kust- och skärgårdsområde spelar en viktig roll för kommunens invånare och kommunens identitet. En levande kustmiljö med rent och friskt vatten ger förutsättningar för en god livskvalitet. Men Östersjön är ett av världens mest förorenade havsområden med ekosystem i obalans, utbredd algblom- ning och förgiftad fisk. Västerviks kommun omfattar nästan lika mycket hav som land, det innebär ett stort ansvar. Om vi inte agerar för att förbättra vår kustvattenmiljö är risken stor att vår livskvalitet för- sämras. Vi har därför allt att tjäna på att genomföra konkreta åtgärder på lokal nivå. Värdet från be- söksnäringen i Västerviks kommun uppgår för närvarande till ca en halv miljard kronor per år och en stor del av detta har koppling till kust- och skärgård. Det därför lätt att inse att en försämrad miljö kan ge förlorade intäkter både för samhället och för privata företagare. Om övergödningen i kustområdet ökar, med algblomningar och minskad fisktillgång som följd, finns en stor risk att turisterna väljer att åka nå- gon annanstans. Övergödningen i kustvattnet har länge varit en stor utmaning för Västerviks kommun som under många år har arbetat utifrån ett helhetsperspektiv för att med lokala åtgärder minska näringsbelastningen. Vi har kommit en bit på väg men fortsatta åtgärder är nödvändiga och åtgärdstakten måste öka om målet om god vattenkvalitet ska nås. Den lokala åtgärdsplanen för minskad övergödning i Västerviks kommuns kustvatten gäller för perioden 2017-2021 och har tagits fram som en del i det internationella samarbetet kring Östersjön med Baltic Sea City Accelerator. -
